This document outlines the rules and guidelines that governs the use of the GigaVault Cloud website along with its services. By visiting, purchasing a product, or creating an account on this website these terms of services apply to the you - the user.

Definitions

"The Product", "Product" is used to describe the GigaVault service that is on this website.
"You", "Your", and "User" is used to describe the end-user viewing, reading, and interacting with this Product
"Use", and "Using" is used to describe Your use of The Product, by interacting, creating an account, subscribing, or viewing the Product
"Agreement" refers to this Terms of Service document and privacy policy

Using of GigaVault

GigaVault is provided as is, with all faults, and quirks. GigaVault Cloud & Weblutions doesn't take any responsibility for any damages caused by this product or its misuse. As GigaVault Cloud is a password manager we take keeping your data as safe and as encrypted as possible. However, in the event of data leakage or breach GigaVault Cloud isn't liable for this.
All billing information is stored with our third party - Stripe. GigaVault does not keep any billing information, including; card details, billing addresses, cycles, or other legal information. Except for your name.

Usage of Your Data

GigaVault Cloud doesn't sell, distribute, or provide your information to any third parties other than Stripe (for billing purposes). Passwords, teams, and logs are not shared internally or externally.
When agreeing to this agreement your information is kept on a secure network to protect your data as best as possible.

Payments & Refunds

We currently only accept payments through the Stripe platform. GigaVault Cloud subscriptions are on an annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds are handled on a per request basis, refunds are never guaranteed. Full refund requests are required to be made within 24 hours of payment, otherwise partial refunds are provided within a reasonable range and amount to the remaining time on the subscription.
All partial refund requests are to be made within 30 days of payment.
Once a refund is made the plan is removed from Your account.

Product Warranty and Gain

This Product is not to be exploited for personal, financial or commercial gain.
Responsibility for any damages caused by this product or its misuse rest solely with the user, as the author(s) will accept no liability. Appropriate support can be given and provided where deemed needed.

Agreement Violations

Breaching and/or violating this agreement with a product can result in termination of services and loss of access to the Weblutions platform, services, and products.
If found breaching this agreement, your access and associated license key(s) will be deleted or restricted;
Additionally, your account on our system may be banned, deleted, or disabled;
GigaVault Cloud reserve the right to revoke your Product access at any time without notice.
